SonicBlue provides AI and digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to Smart Websites, AI Receptionists, AI Employees, Google Reputation Management, and A2P Compliant Messaging services. The specific services provided will be detailed in your service agreement or statement of work.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business.
• Maintain the security of any account credentials provided to you.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including A2P 10DLC regulations for SMS messaging.
• Not use our AI services to generate prohibited, illegal, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The proprietary software, AI models, website templates, and methodologies used by SonicBlue remain our exclusive property. The specific content, branding, and customer data associated with your business remain your property.

5. Payment and Billing

Services are billed according to the tier and features selected (e.g., Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed upon.

6. Limitation of Liability

SonicBlue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. While we strive to provide highly accurate AI services and robust digital solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
